Li Ya is 5 years old and she entered kindergarten since she was 4. She still cannot spell many words yet. She is creative and love to 'sing out' her own created song at home. This morning, I challenged her to write some stories and told her I would post it on the blog, I said I would help her on spelling part, she got excited and agreed immediately. Below are two short stories that she wrote. There are grammar mistakes but she insisted and not allow me to change any words. I agree and I think this is much more valuable to keep it
as pure as it is (and because my grammar is not really good too, ha!)

My Family
My dad can't dance
My mom can't sing
My brother don't know how to spell
My sister don't know how to spell chair
Luckily, I am not so strange
I just like to dance all day!
And I have a pet crocodile.
I like my family.
On national day , we had a church camp in Bagan Lalang, this was her second time to the beach.
The Beach
I see my friends.
I also play with my friends.
I also play my friend's toys and then
I and my dad return the toys to its owner
I go to swimming
My friends go to swimming too!
And then we go back to hotel room. The end!
